Every day there’s one garden for everybody. Same board, same lanterns, wherever you are.
How the daily garden works

- There’s one daily garden, the same for everyone.
- A new one arrives each day at midnight UTC, which may not be midnight where you are.
- It’s always a 7 × 7 board, a step bigger than your first gardens, and it aims for a Tricky level of difficulty.
- The garden family changes from day to day, so consecutive days always look different.
You’ll find it on the home screen, in the row that says “Light today’s garden”.

If you lose it
A lost daily isn’t the end of the day. You can try again, and a win on a later try still counts for that day.
How a streak is counted
Your streak is the number of days in a row you’ve won the daily garden. A few details are worth knowing:
- Your streak stays alive until the UTC day is over. If you won yesterday and haven’t played yet today, you still have it.
- A UTC day without a win breaks the run, and the count starts again from your next win.
- It’s a win that counts, not a try. Using a hint or a tip doesn’t stop a win from counting.
Long streaks come with a small thank you: the win that brings your streak to 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, and every 30 days after that, earns a gift of a hint or tip.

The daily garden and the weekly board

Your first win on each daily garden earns a points bonus on the weekly leaderboard, which starts fresh every Monday (UTC). The bonus doesn’t depend on your time or your mistakes. Using a hint or tip on that win halves it.
The daily is meant to be a fair contest, so there’s no ad offer for extra help on your first attempt of the day, and no ad after you finish it. A later attempt that day may offer one.
